MEET OUR TEAM

Donna Ward, RN, BS, ANS; is a graduate of MSCW with over 35 years of extensive experience as a Registered Nurse. She was trained and certified in Aesthetic Nursing at the Aesthetic Enhancement Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is a member of the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals (A.A.M.E.P) and the Association of Medical Esthetic Nurses (A.M.E.N). She has practiced as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (ANS) for over eight years specializing in the artistic application of laser, sclerotherapy, and facial enhancements while incorporating her anatomy and physiology knowledge to achieve the desired results.

Terri Healy is a native Tennessean, is a Registered Nurse with more than 34 years of nursing experience. She attended East High school, Memphis State University, and Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. Prior to joining our staff in June, 2009, she worked with and assisted a Memphis plastic surgeon and administered skin, laser, and cosmetic injection treatments for seven years. She enjoys spending time with her clients and strives to educate and treat them in the same honest and caring manner as she expects for herself. She provides skin care, administers Botox, Dysport, and filler injections, and utilizes a variety of lasers for the treatment of veins, hair reduction, brown spots removal, and skin resurfacing and rejuvenation.

Tomi Beckemeyer has been a licensed esthetician since 1998. She has been a medical esthetician since 2002. Prior to coming to Eden in 2007, she worked for two prominent plastic surgeons and a renowned Memphis dermatologist where she gained invaluable hands on experience regarding skin care. Skin care is her passion and she is certified on Syneron, Cynosure and Palomar Lasers. She is a native of Memphis and attends Hope Presbyterian Church. She has also volunteered her time as a make up artist at local theater productions.

Valeria Mesa Donovan is an NCEA Certified Medical Esthetician with over 8 years of experience in laser services and spa treatments. A graduate of The Beauty Institute in 2003 as well as The University of Memphis with a B.A. in Foreign Language, Valeria combined her love of skin care and customer service to provide exceptional care and assist her loyal clientele with improving and maintaining great skincare. Valeria is licensed at a National level with her NCEA certification along with various microdermabrasion, chemical peel, and laser certifications including Cutera, Cynosure, Syneron.

Shanna Concepcion, RN Aesthetic Nurse: received her nursing degree in Indiana and has been a Registered Nurse for over 14 years. She has experience in women's health prior to transitioning to aesthetic nursing. She has extensive training and experience in performing state of the art laser treatments for face and body, Botox and dermal filler injections, body contouring, skin tightening, photo facials, and has a vast knowledge of medical grade products. She is also trained in providing informative consultations to clients seeking customized treatments. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with safety in mind.

Ginger Gardella Leeke started her esthetics career in 1991 in Nashville, TN with Dr. Stephen M. Pratt, M.D. plastic surgeon. There she launched a skin care line and soon became Director of Sales. She has 20 years of experience in medical esthetics ranging from laser treatments, dermablading, and to the latest technology in chemical peels. She has certified training with Kandella, Syneron, and Cyrosure laser. She now lives in Memphis practicing medical esthetics since 1996, advising her clients with a broad spectrum of skincare needs.

Ashley Rueff has been a licensed esthetician since 2004, and a medical esthetician since 2008. She specializes in waxing and medical skin care treatments. She has worked with many high-end skincare lines, specializing in medical products and procedures including advanced chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments. She has certified training with Syneron, Cynosure, and Palomar lasers. She is a results-oriented technician who loves her profession and her clients.

Bari Metz is a professionally trained and certified spray technician. She received her training and certification with Infinity Sun in Los Angeles California. She is a native Memphian and entrepreneur. She and her brother’s owned and operated their family’s business, OES, Inc. for over 15 years. She opened Bari Chase Shoes and Accessories in Laurelwood Collection and served as buyer, marketing developer and manager. Her business philosophy is “Customer Service”. “My father taught me in our family business at a very young age that no matter what business venture I'm in, to always put the customer first. “It’s my job to make sure that each client feels special”.
